1. Ask your email list directly. Be authentic and share that you really want to help them and why. Review common themes for the foundation of your next product to test.
2. Create an MVP and ask some customers/ideal clients if they would BETA test it with you. They can do it for free or at a discount IF they will give you feedback. Make tweaks or changes accordingly.
3. Conduct a quick phone interview with your best clients and ask them some Qs about their experience. What they like best. What could be improved? What would they like more of?
4. Create an online survey or poll and distribute it where your ideal client is hanging out like in FB or LinkedIn groups or DM your ideal client directly with it.
5. Post on your own channels that you would love to do a QUICK interview w/ people like x,y,z. You will be surprised by responses or intros you may receive.
It’s time to think openly about how you create your offers. Are you creating something b/c you think they need it or is it solving for what they really want? Big difference.
